By purchasing through our website, your product is automatically registered for warranty. That is, there is no need to register your product for warranty.

The Domestic use warranty period is 20 years on the motor and 5 years on parts and labour, from the date of purchase

MOD Blend Pro Blender

The Domestic use warranty period is 10 years on the motor and 2 years on parts and labour , from the date of purchase.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the person who purchased the product. If the product is received brand new as a gift, the warranty will apply as long as the appliance owner can provide the name of the original purchaser and/or the order number. 

This warranty does not imply, intend to or detract from any consumer rights listed in and able to be enforced by the Australian Consumer Law Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

MOD Appliances warrants that during the Warranty Period, the products will be free from defective parts, faulty workmanship or faults in manufacturing.

The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:

- normal wear and tear

- failure to follow operating instructions, mishandling or accident

- servicing or modification by a non-approved agent

- neglectful or abusive use of the product, including failure to clean and maintain the product and parts properly.

If the product is deemed to have defective parts, faulty workmanship or manufacture, MOD Appliances will upon receipt of written notification of such fault or defect, at its option, either repair or replace the defective part of the motor. 

Depending on the circumstances there may or may not be a charge for sending the product back to our warehouse.

When sending back the product or parts must be packed in suitable secure packaging and a tracking number must be provided. A replacement warranty model may be either new or refurbished, which shall be equal to new in performance. 

The warranty does not renew upon a replacement or repaired product being supplied, the original purchase date of the product remains the warranty start date.
